Total Contact Insoles & diabetic foot management

Has anyone read a good article on total contact insoles for use in

diabetic foot management. If so could you provide me with the article

details, ie journal, book?

Also, what type of materials are Orthotists using when making total

contact insoles. I have used medium density plastazote but they are not

long lasting and only effective for a short time.

Any information fellow OP’s can send me would be greatly appreciated.
