Hello, this is Dr. Cho at Wonju, S-Korea.
I would like to collect some information about coding system for classification in orthotics and prosthetics which can be used for correct prescription and medical insurance system. L-code which is known to be used in U.S. seems to be an example.
And I want to know how such coding system has been developed, and used in other countries. Also, any internationally standardized classification code will be precious cornerstone for “orthotics and prosthetics service” in developing countries like S-Korea.
