We have our first summer intern. We would like to provide more structure for him. We have him for 7 weeks, he has 5 weeks left. Before I develop a program, I thought that there may already be good programs out there in the O&P world that I can use for him. I want to give him a good experience while not slowing down our employees.
If you have a written program that you would be willing to share that would be great.
