suspension sleeves

Hi list. Looking for good options for transtibial suspension sleeves that a patient wants to use in the water. Ocean, lake, water parks, etc. She is a pin locking suspension but I want to use this for secondary suspension. Does anyone have options they have used and liked for these scenarios?
