The Medicare Orthotics and Prosthetics Patient-Centered Care Act, S 2556, was introduced yesterday in the US Senate by Senators Mark Warner (D-VA), Steve Daines (R-MT), Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), John Cornyn (R-TX) and Bill Cassidy (R-LA).
The companion bill, HR 1990, was introduced in the US House of Representatives in March.
The bill was also introduced in 2020 but was not addressed before Congress adjourned.
