Just before Father’s Day weekend, we asked our followers what they were doing to celebrate.
Those who responded to our poll on LinkedIn must have big appetites—71 percent said they had plans to fire up the grill with their fathers on Sunday. The rest were evenly split between buying him his favorite gift and doing something else. Apparently, we don’t have many sports-related enthusiasts who took our poll, as no one responded to attending a sporting event with dad.
Another recent poll focused on human resources—the people who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, industry, or economy. Since it can be one the most challenging aspects to manage in a workplace, we asked our followers what was their biggest HR-related headache? Half of those who responded on LinkedIn said doing performance reviews; 25 percent said the hiring process; 20 percent said training and skills assessments were the most difficult; and 5 percent said bookkeeping is always a challenge.
An article in the July issue of The O&P EDGE, which will be out in a few days, highlights an OIG and CMS report regarding the ongoing waste, abuse, and fraud associated with OTS orthoses.
Our question is up and in full swing: “What do you think the biggest problem is when it comes to OTS orthotic fraud?”
Tell us what you think. We’d love to hear from you.
