These days, almost everyone has had some experience with AI. First we focused on the benefits AI has to offer. Of those who responded to our poll, 58 percent said AI can help to automate boring job duties and responsibilities, 35 percent some of best aspects of AI is that it is speedy and efficient, 8 percent said they can always count on AI because it is available 24/7. No one chose the option that it provides safety to dangerous jobs.
One of our followers who chose “speedy and efficient,” said “AI can reduce the time spent on research, analysis, drafting, and repetitive workflows, allowing people to focus more on higher-value tasks.. The real benefit is not just speed, but using that saved time to improve the quality and impact of the work.”
Last week in part two we asked about some of the disadvantages of using AI.
Of those who responded, 53 percent said AI can be biased and misinformed, 29 percent said there are privacy risks associated with AI, 12 percent said AI can eliminate jobs, and 6 percent said AI lacks empathy and emotion.
This week, with Halloween being less than two weeks away, our question centers on candy preparation. So far, it’s a tie with half of our followers waiting until the last minutes to purchase candy and half who have everything purchased and are just waiting for those little trick-or-treaters to show up at their door.
