Another Super Bowl is in the bag so to speak—and the Seahawks claimed their second victory with a win over the New England Patriots. Of those who responded to our poll question about the big game, 35 percent said they were rooting for the Seahawks (like this writer), while another 35 percent said weren’t cheering for either one because their team didn’t make it. 19 percent wanted the Patriots to win, and 12 percent of our followers are not football fans.
Last week, we turned back to highlighting one of the articles in the February issue of the magazine. The article focuses on the changes to the O&P residency requirements and the impact they’re likely to have. We asked our followers if they were in favor of the changes. Of those who responded, 33 percent said they have concerns, 33 percent also said they need more information before deciding, 22 percent said there were not in favor and questioned the timeline of the changes, and 11 percent said they were in favor of the changes and that they are pivotal to the profession.
This week, with Valentine’s Day on Saturday, wouldn’t we be remiss if we didn’t ask our followers to tell us how they’re planning to mark the occasion? So far, though most of our followers are not planning to celebrate, while others are making dinner arrangements. Tell us what you think. We’d love to hear from you.
