LIMB-art, Conwy, Wales, which designs and manufactures prosthetic leg covers, scooped two awards in the 2019 Conwy Business Awards on June 21, winning new business of the year and innovation business of the year.
“We were stunned and amazed to win both awards and to also hear the positive comments that came from all the finalists. These awards reaffirm that what we are doing for amputees across the world is the right thing,” said Mark Williams, a former Paralympian who founded LIMB-art in 2018.
The awards recognize Conwy’s private sector businesses and their contribution to communities and the local economy.
