The U.S. Small Business Administration is seeking nominations for the 2019 National Small Business Week Awards, including the Small Business Person of Year Award that will be awarded to someone from each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. Nominations must be delivered by 3 p.m. ET, January 9, 2019.
All nominees are required to complete SBA Background Form 3300.
