Unlimited Tomorrow, Rhinebeck, New York, has been named to Inc.’s inaugural Best in Business list. Unlimited Tomorrow launched its 3D-printed advanced prosthetic arm this year using an industry-first direct-to-consumer distribution model.
“While the year has been filled with challenges, I’m very proud of what we’ve achieved, and honored to be included on this list….,” said Easton LaChappelle, the company’s founder and CEO.
The awards recognize small- and medium-size privately held American businesses that have had a superlative impact on their communities, their industries, the environment, or society as a whole. Instead of relying on quantitative criteria linked to sales or funding, Inc.’s editors reviewed the companies’ achievements over the past year and noted how they made a positive difference in the world. About 2,700 entries were received, and the acceptance rate was in the low single digits.
