The O&P EDGE 2017 Salary Survey has been launched and will remain open through July. The survey is open to orthotic, prosthetic, pedorthic, and post-mastectomy professionals, and O&P residents who work in the United States. This biennial survey is now in its fourth iteration. The results, as well as comparisons to prior surveys, will be published in the October issue of The O&P EDGE.
Salary surveys can be used by business owners to measure their competitiveness in the external marketplace, enabling them to attract top talent. Prospective employees can use a salary survey to assess compensation levels based on a variety of factors, such as location, managerial responsibilities, company size, and experience.
