Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any help you may have.
I am looking for a way to check “same or similar” information.
Has the patient received an item that is “the same or similar” to the item I
want to dispense.
For example I dispensed a L631 lumbosacral orthosis and it was denied
because the patient had received one 3 years ago.
If I call Medicare they will release that information but it’s a pain. Are
you aware of any other way to get that information?
