Office visit charge

Hi list,
I’m wondering if we can charge payors, included Medicare, office visit or follow-up. It happens a lot that patient just want to come for evaluation OR follow up, and some times they want to go over their whole life story! and at the end, just say “thank you”! Is there any code for office visit or follow up?
