Morris Gallo

I need information concerning an L-code.
Please provide recommendations as to what specific ankle code L5968 is
applicable, include manufacturer’s name and model.

The HCPCS description is as follows:
“L5968 – Addition to lower limb prosthesis, multiaxial ankle with swing
phase active dorsiflexion feature.”
