The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) was a winner in this year’s StevieĀ® Awards competition for Innovation in Customer Service, announced at a banquet on February 23 in Las Vegas. This award marks the organization’s eighth consecutive Stevie Award. BOC’s Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service in the “New Product Development for Customer Demand” category recognizes the organization’s focus on new strategies and tactics to continuously improve its service to credentialing customers.
In its entry submission, BOC cited a product launched in July 2017, Compounding Accreditation, created after BOC-accredited pharmacy requests.
