Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics, headquartered in Avon, Massachusetts, announced a partnership with the Central Ohio Orthotic & Prosthetic Center (COOP), Columbus, Ohio. COOP has been run by Barry Fowler Sr., and Barry Fowler Jr., and their family since 1991. Barry Fowler, Jr., is the clinic director.
Boston O&P will be creating a network of clinics in the Columbus area to expand COOP’s operations and service capabilities. Columbus is home to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, one of the largest and most comprehensive pediatric hospitals and research institutes in the United States.
“We are committed to continuing our vision of being a leading provider of pediatric orthotic and prosthetic services and products in the United States. Providing Central Ohio with access to our pediatric programs for lower limb, scoliosis, cranial asymmetry, and prosthetics is another great step in achieving that vision,” said Boston O&P CEO Tom Morrissey.
