The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the names of the suppliers that have been awarded contracts to provide off-the-shelf (OTS) knee braces and OTS back braces to Medicare beneficiaries in Round 2021 competitive bidding areas (CBAs). Starting January 1, 2021, beneficiaries with original Medicare who obtain competitively bid items in these CBAs must obtain these items from a Round 2021 contract supplier for Medicare to pay, unless an exception applies.
