Eqwal, a global healthcare and O&P provider, acquired Prestaco. Both companies are headquartered in France. Founded in 2018, Prestaco supports healthcare facilities, medico-social organizations, and individuals with their medical equipment needs.
The acquisition will enable Eqwal Patient Care France to roll out an anticipated O&P offering in the region, the company said.
