Eqwal, a France-based global healthcare and O&P provider, acquired ORTHOPÄDIE + VITAL ZENTRUM PIRO GmbH into its patient care division. Based in Villingen-Schwenningen, with another branch in Donaueschingen, ORTHOPÄDIE + VITAL ZENTRUM PIRO operates in southwestern Germany.
The company employs 45 and provides a broad range of orthopedic and medical solutions, including prosthetics, medical supplies, orthopedic footwear, and orthotics. Markus Piro will remain managing director of ORTHOPÄDIE + VITAL ZENTRUM PIRO and will continue to lead the company and its teams as part of Eqwal.
