The Origin line of silicone liners features a unique, silken surface that increases durability and allows the liner to slide on itself making donning and doffing a one-step process. Made from a medical-grade silicone formula developed specifically for the orthopedic industry, the Origin is innately compatible with human tissue, resistant to fluids and bacteria, flexible, and comfortable. The absence of additives such as lotions and oils in the silicone reduces the risk of infections and allergic reactions. Origin liners are made of an uncovered, medical-grade silicone, making them heat resistant, easy to clean and sanitize, and compatible with high vacuum socket systems and internal seal systems such as the Aura locking seal.

The Custom Origin is a customizable silicone liner specifically designed for the individual needs of each amputee, no matter their impact level, level of amputation, or lifestyle. It is especially well suited for patients with uniquely shaped or sensitive limbs and is more durable and more sanitary than custom urethane liners. Every Custom Origin liner is designed by a certified prosthetist who has expertise with our line of silicone liners and is made to your specifications and the measurements provided (cast or aop file). At each stage of production, the product is checked and double-checked to ensure the highest possible quality of work. The molds for each patient are kept for a year after each pouring and we are able to pour more liners on request.
