I answered an ad posted for an orthotic technician to work in a lab in the basement of Georgetown University. The company happened to be owned by Van Sabel. <b><i>Why did you stick with it?</i></b> Actually, I left and got a teaching degree but I soon decided I wanted to do something in the medical field, so I went back to work for Van again. <b><i>If you were a cookie, what kind would you be?</i></b> Chocolate chip. Everyone likes a chocolate chip cookie. <b><i>What is your favorite company to work with?</i></b> Cascade DAFO. <b><i>What was the last movie you have seen?</i></b> James Bond--Die Another Day. <b><i>What would you say to someone who asked your advice about going into O&P?</i></b> It is an excellent career with great professional and growth opportunities.
