The International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) issued a call for papers and for participation grant applications for its 21st World Congress 2027 taking place March 22-25, 2027, in Bangkok, Thailand.
Abstracts are being accepted for free paper presentations, poster presentations, and the 3 Minute Thesis student competition. The abstract submission deadline is September 7, with acceptance notification by November 2. ISPO suggested authors highlight how their submission relates to the World Congress theme, “A World Connected: Advancing Assistive Technologies for Global Equity” where possible.
Participation grants provide financial assistance to ISPO members from low-, lower-middle- and upper-middle-income countries to support their attendance at the event. The application deadline is November 1, with acceptance notification by November 15.
