Liberating Technologies Inc. (LTI), a Coapt LLC research and development company, named Todd Farrell, PhD, as CEO. Farrell joined LTI in 2008 and has most recently held the position of director of research, leading LTI in receiving over 45 federally funded research awards totaling over $24.9 million.
Farrell’s appointment reflects the strategic initiative of LTI and Coapt to further expand its leadership in O&P research and development.
