Myomo, a wearable medical robotics company, promoted Olivia Sheffer, CPO, to field operations trainer, and hired Megan Olivo, CO/L, for the newly created position of patient eligibility manager.
“Olivia has excelled with Myomo over her more than two years as a regional manager, assisting our patients in obtaining and fitting them with our MyoPro orthosis. Olivia will no doubt excel in her new role in establishing training initiatives and training our new field operations clinicians as we continue to grow,” said Peter Young, senior director of field operations.
“Having excelled as a regional manager, Megan brings over three years of invaluable experience to her new role, demonstrating exceptional patient care throughout her tenure. She is uniquely qualified for her new role with Myomo in building a team of clinicians to determine initial candidacy for the MyoPro orthosis,” Young said.
Sheffer obtained her master’s degree in O&P from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center School of Health Professions.
