The National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE) appointed Jonas Ljung, CPO, as its new director of clinical and education services.
With over 14 years of O&P experience, Ljung brings clinical expertise, educational leadership, and a commitment to advancing the profession. Ljung will lead NCOPE’s efforts to enhance clinical education standards, support residency programs, and foster innovation in O&P training nationwide.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jonas to the NCOPE leadership team,” said Robin Seabrook, executive director. “His passion for education and dedication to clinical excellence align perfectly with our mission to ensure the highest quality of orthotic and prosthetic education and training.”
Ljung previously served as a clinic manager and the regional resident director of the Mid-Atlantic Region at Hanger Clinic, where he developed residency programs, mentored future practitioners, and advocated for evidence-based care.
