SPS proudly recognizes Claudine Kimball, the recipient of the first-ever Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Quarter Award for the first Quarter of 2002. Claudine joined SPS in October of 1999, following 26 years of administrative work in an O&P facility, working hand-in-hand with practitioners and amputees. “Having first hand knowledge of the patient care side of the industry, Claudine is conscious of the needs of the O&P practitioner,” said Susan Batka, customer service manager at SPS in Alpharetta, Georgia. “Claudine is a valued part of the SPS Customer Service team. Her hard work, positive attitude and extra efforts have earned the confidence of many customers.” In her spare time, Claudine enjoys reading and painting.
