OWW/Becker Join Forces

You are going to be seeing a lot more of us! While we are definitely growing, the latest reason is because we have now added a joint field support staff with our friends from Becker Orthopedic. As you know Ohio Willow Wood and Becker Orthopedic are separate, family-owned companies. Ohio Willow Wood is exclusively prosthetics and Becker Orthopedic is exclusively orthotics. Accordingly, the two companies felt that sharing field support representatives would be the most cost-effective approach to keep in touch with our valued customers. Yes, it won't be long before you have you very own field support representative in your region, making calls on your facility on behalf of Becker Orthopedic and Ohio Willow Wood.

The addition of the Summit at Ohio Willow Wood has certainly given us a nice personal touch to meeting all of you, but finding a way to stay in touch and provide you with more personal service is important to us. We hope you will find ways to use this new one on one interaction and take advantage of opportunities to use our field support folks to their full potential, no matter what your needs may be.

Currently, Russ Hornfisher of Becker Orthopedic and Mark Ford of Ohio Willow Wood will be spearheading this effort on behalf of both companies. Jeff Boonstra will be serving those of you in the Western region. Jim Lagerstrom, who has worked in this capacity for Becker Orthopedic for sometime, will cover the Midwest region and Jeanne Pflaum, formerly of Tracer, will be calling on customers in the Southeast.

We are excited about the possibilities this support staff allows us in bringing new orthotic and prosthetic products to you faster, providing you a more personal service in answering questions or providing solutions to problems. We look forward to seeing you on a more regular basis.
