Oklahoma State University Okmulgee has doubled the
size of its orthotics and prosthetics facilities from about 3,000
sq. ft. to about 6,000 sq. ft., according to Danny Thies, CO,
director of OSU-Okmulgee’s Orthotics and Prosthetics Program. The
expansion was accomplished by taking over the space of another
program, which was relocated. The expansion enables each discipline
to have its own lab space, Thies noted. Formerly the orthotics and
prosthetics programs shared the lab space.
