OrPro Prosthetics & Orthotics, headquartered
in Irvine, California, got a view of space-age technology applied
to prosthetics. An emerging Boeing Aerospace spin-off company,
REaladi, was featured at a three-day seminar held at the Dayton,
Ohio, office of OrPro, which focused on below-knee prosthetics.
REaladi is developing “Reverse Engineering” for application to
prosthetics and orthotics. Participating from REaladi were Ric
Baldini, general manager; Bill Macy, vice president, technology
integration; and Dan Davison, marketing & sales consultant from
BentonsEdge LLC.
