After a 52-day bike trek across America in 2003,
Dan Sheret, age 42, a transtibial amputee from Wilmington, North
Carolina, said, “I realized I had to go home and throw away my
handicap sticker.” And now, Sheret is extending his grand adventure
by being part of “Discovery Tour ’04,” sponsored by Otto Bock
HealthCare, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
