Peaster & Williams Central Fab Inc., Cumming, Georgia,
recently celebrated its third anniversary in business with the
launching of a redesigned website. The company’s hope was to help
improve its visibility on the Internet. “As one of the few central
fabs still doing the old-style prosthetics, we needed to let the
industry know that there was a facility that can supply wood or
leather sockets as well as carbon or epoxy sockets,” says Johnny
Peaster, president of Peaster & Williams. “Wood sockets, AK or
BK, really arent that difficult–but we have been doing them for a
combined 30 years. I’m amazed that we are still doing so many wood
sockets, leather knee bearing, and expandable socket type
limbs.”
