Sandy Fletchall, OTR/L, CHT, MPA, FAOTA, of Capabilities For
Living LLC, Lakeland, Tennessee, is the first therapist in the
nation to be chosen as a Fellow of the American Occupational
Therapy Association (FAOTA) with the designation of Innovative
Occupation-Based Practitioner/Educator: Catastrophic Injuries. She
is also the first Tennessean in the past 25 years to be chosen as a
Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
