VA Labs Growing, Receiving Certification

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) currently operates 63
orthotic/prosthetic labs across the country. These labs fabricate,
fit, and repair artificial limbs and braces or order them from
commercial vendors. Last year, the VA provided 176 veterans with
the latest computerized “C” legs.
