CAMP Acquires Seattle Systems

CAMP, a leading manufacturer of surgical supports and orthotic devices, today announces its acquisition of Seattle Systems. CAMP's parent company, TrulifeGroup, based in Dublin, Ireland, purchased all stock of Seattle Systems through their wholly-owned subsidiary in order to form the third largest prosthetic and orthotic manufacturer in North America.

"From a North American and a global perspective, this acquisition bodes very well for both Seattle Systems and CAMP," said Pearce Daley, CEO of CAMP. "The merger of Seattle Systems with CAMP greatly expands our product offerings and still provides our clients with the same quality and assurance that we've offered since 1908."

According to the two companies, the integration of Seattle Systems and CAMP will be a seamless transition to customers. CAMP will continue to manufacture and ship products from Seattle Systems' state-of-the-art production facility in Poulsbo, Washington.

"This is a great opportunity in every possible respect," stated David Adams, former vice president of sales and marketing for Seattle Systems and recently named executive vice president of marketing for CAMP. "There is minimal overlap between our two companies' product offerings, and our employees will have the opportunity to take an active role in expanding the new organization."
