Tennessee, has announced recent shifts in management roles. B.
Kenneth Driver, formerly serving as Fillauer Companies president,
now serves as vice chairman and vice chief executive officer of the
Fillauer Companies; and Dennis S. Williams, CO, BOCO, formerly
serving as Fillauer Companies executive vice president, now serves
as president and chief operating officer of the Fillauer Companies,
Inc. fulfilling the role previously held by Driver.
