Touch Bionics, Livingston, Scotland, has announced plans to expand its business into the Middle East. The company is currently scheduling Dubai meetings with government officials, case managers, lawyers, insurance companies, and clinicians and support staff in the fields of O&P, occupational therapy, and medicine.
