Adaptive Prosthetic & Orthotic Technologies, Brockton, Massachusetts, has been awarded a $121,000 small business loan by the Small Business Association (SBA) through the South Eastern Economic Development Corporation (SEED) according to the New England Business Bulletin. The loan, which was one of four SBA loans provided in Brockton, was provided to help the business acquire a new 2,500-square-foot office building and to create five new jobs.
Adaptive owner Richard J. Butler, CPO, was quoted as saying, “We are now able to hire an office administrator, a position we desperately needed to create but couldn’t previously afford.”
