On Saturday, November 19, patients of Shriners Hospitals for ChildrenĀ® – Northern California, Sacramento, participated in a First Volley adaptive tennis clinic at Rio del Oro Racquet Club, Sacramento, California. The event was organized by OPAF and supported in part by a grant from the United States Tennis Association (USTA), USTA Serves. Instruction was provided by certified instructors with years of experience working with amputees and physically challenged children.
This is the second clinic OPAF has hosted in Sacramento in partnership with the Northern California Shriners Hospital.
