Ottobock, Minneapolis, Minnesota, has hired Brian Long as a territory sales representative for technical orthopedics. In his new position, he is responsible for the territory that includes North Texas and Oklahoma.
Long holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, and he joins Ottobock with more than ten years of sales experience. He most recently held the position of spine device sales representative for Globus Medical, Audubon, Pennsylvania, where he exceeded sales quotas and contributed to record company growth.
“Brian has a proven ability in the healthcare industry to develop and execute plans to grow volume and profit, and we especially value his ability to develop strong customer relationships in the field,” said Walter Governor, national director of sales for Ottobock technical orthopedics. “We are pleased to have him join the Ottobock team and look forward to the impact he is sure to have.”
