The Dralla Foundation, a nonprofit organization that was established in 2011 by Allard, Rockaway, New Jersey, announced the winners of the grants it awarded to U.S. nonprofit organizations that best align with Dralla’s mission to “provide support for a better life” to enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities. Grants will support sporting events that encourage individuals with physical challenges to try new activities, a team competing in the National Junior Disability Championships, a program that teaches participants to sail a boat, and more.
The grant recipients are: Ability First, Adaptive Sports Foundation, All Out Adventures, Allegro Foundation, Assisted Cycling Tours, Bay Cliff Health Camp, Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program, Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, Camp Oakhurst, Camp Summit, Challenged Athletes Foundation, Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, Fishing Has No Boundaries, Florida Disabled Outdoors Association, Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association, Kinetic Kids, New England Handicapped Sports Association, New Horizon Support Group, Sail to Prevail, Spina Bifida Association, Sports 4 All Foundation, STRIDE Adaptive Sports, and Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports.
