Hanger, Austin, Texas, announced that it has completed the acquisition of 16 patient care companies covering 15 states with annualized revenue of $35.6 million in 2012 year to date.
The acquired companies were: OrPro Prosthetics & Orthotics, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio; Orthotic & Prosthetic Technologies, headquartered in Austin, Texas; Innovative Prosthetic Care, headquartered in Gulfport, Mississippi; Mississippi Artificial Limb and Brace, Hattiesburg; Innovative Prosthetic Care Tupelo, Mississippi; Orthopaedic Associates of Grand Rapids, Michigan; Genesis Medical Group, Lake Oswego, Oregon; Gadsden Limb & Brace, Alabama; Coosa Valley Limb & Brace, Talladega, Alabama; Northeast Alabama Prosthetics & Orthotics, Anniston; AKBK dba Crockett Prosthetics and Orthotics, Knoxville, Tennessee; Missoula Orthotics & Prosthetics Laboratories, Montana; Karsten Prosthetic Laboratories, Grand Junction, Colorado; Alpine Prosthetics & Orthotics, Montrose, Colorado; Parr Prosthetics & Orthotics, Slidell, Louisiana; and Nordlie Enterprises dba Premier Medical, Bellevue, Washington.
