Organizers of the ORTHOPÄDIE + REHA-TECHNIK (O+R) International Trade Show and World Congress have announced that it will now be known as OTWorld. The event will continue to combine the product areas of compression therapy, orthotics, prosthetics, orthopedic footwear technology, podiatry, and rehabilitation technology.
“OTWorld is where professionals and the industry, doctors, and orthopaedic technicians can talk to one another and combine their experience and knowhow,” said Georg Blome, managing director of the World Congress organizer Confairmed GmbH. “So being multidisciplinary and international is still key to the event brand.”
The OTWorld name will be introduced with an online launch to bring the trade show and world congress content to a single platform. The next OTWorld will take place May 13-16, 2014, in Leipzig, Germany.
