Hanger, Austin, Texas, announced that in year-to-date 2013 it has completed the acquisition of four patient care companies comprising nine clinics in six states with annualized revenue of about $10 million. The acquisitions are East Coast Orthotics, Melbourne, Florida; Nascott Orthotics and Prosthetics, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland; Keller’s Limb & Brace, dba Snells of Jackson, Tennessee; and Prosthetic Development & Research, dba San Juan Prosthetics & Orthotics, Durango, Colorado.

Asar, president and CEO of Hanger. “We are halfway to meeting our 2013 goal to acquire annualized sales of approximately $20 million. Our pipeline of transactions remains healthy.”
