Matt Perkins, cofounder of Coyote Design, Boise, Idaho, has been promoted to president and CEO of the company’s operations, including its primary operations of O&P product development and sales. He was formerly the director of marketing.
In his new role, Perkins’ responsibilities will include the launch of Coyote’s new central fabrication services and an O&P education initiative. According to Perkins, the education initiative, which will be launched in 2014, will create blended learning opportunities for socket design, using online learning and hands-on fitting opportunities. Perkins will also oversee growth of the patient care facility that Coyote acquired earlier this year, Rehab Systems, which has offices in Twin Falls and Boise, Idaho.
