Hanger, Austin, Texas, has announced that it has launched a free, interactive, online resource that clarifies and streamlines the process of responding to Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) audits. The Hanger RAC Navigation Tool is available to all O&P providers at www.hanger.com/RAC. The tool provides interactive mapping of the audit process, recommended guidelines, and downloadable, standardized documents.
