Ekso Bionics Holdings, Richmond, California, announced the launch of Ekso Labs, a division focused on technology development and future applications. Ekso Labs will develop intellectual property through engineering contracts and research grants from government organizations and industrial partners, including the U.S. Department of Defense. Russ Angold, a company cofounder and chief technology officer, has been named president of the new division.
