The German Association of Orthopaedic Technology, steering organizer of the OTWorld World Congress, has signed a contract with Leipziger Messe, Leipzig, Germany, to continue their collaboration until 2026, thus keeping the program in Leipzig into the foreseeable future.
Leipziger Messe has organized and administered OTWorld, formerly ORTHOPÄDIE + REHA-TECHNIK, since 2000. Confairmed, Dortmund, Germany, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Association of Orthopae-dic Technology, holds the trademark rights for the event and also helps organize the World Congress. Con-fairmed ratified the agreement.
“We are delighted that we have a partner in Leipziger Messe with whom we can work consistently to de-velop OTWorld further,” said Georg Blome, managing director of Confairmed. “Apart from the spectacular exhibition halls and its unique architecture, it is the team that is of prime importance for us. Our collabora-tion is professional, innovative, and creative.”
