Chas A Blatchford & Sons (Blatchford), Basingstoke, England, announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase a majority share in four Norwegian P&O clinics: Aktiv Ortopedi, Tromso; Ortopediservice, Kristiansand; Nordland Ortopediske Verksted, Bodo; and Atterås Ortopediteknikk, Bergen. The new company, Blatchford Norway, will continue the current activity of these four patient care facilities. The majority of the current shareholders in the four companies will also continue to be involved in each company as shareholders and employees and will actively contribute to the company’s development.
