Peter Allard, president of Allard USA, Rockaway, New Jersey, has been named the Skåne County, Sweden, 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year. A banquet was held September 5 at Skåne’s Örenäs Castle for winners of the award throughout the municipalities of Skåne County and Blekinge County.
“Focusing not only on the product and the economy but also on social and environmental responsibility, [Allard] is the winner and a role model for other entrepreneurs,” said a representative of the Entrepreneurial Association, who names the awardees.
The parent company of Allard USA, Camp Scandinavia, Helsingborg, Sweden, is located in Skåne County.
